CayMarket is an online marketplace for the Cayman Islands, built and operated by Aerosoft Cayman. The content on this site is provided for general information only. While we work to keep it useful, we make no representation that any listing, price, figure, description or page is accurate, complete or current, and you should not rely on it as your only source before making a decision.

CayMarket is a neutral venue. Listings, photos, prices, job posts and service offers are created by the users who post them, not by us. We do not own, produce, inspect, endorse or guarantee any item, property, vehicle, job or service advertised on the platform, and we are not a party to any agreement, sale, tenancy or transaction between users.

Any contract you enter into is strictly between you and the other user. We are not an agent, broker, realtor, landlord, employer or escrow service.

Nothing on CayMarket is financial, legal, tax, valuation, investment or real-estate advice. This includes our tools and calculators (mortgage, stamp duty, affordability and rental yield), the market reports and the demand insights.

The calculators produce simplified estimates from the figures you enter and general assumptions. They do not account for your full circumstances, and real costs, bank rates, stamp duty, legal and agency fees and eligibility vary. Before you commit to anything, speak to the right licensed professional: a Cayman-licensed attorney, a CIMA-regulated financial adviser, a licensed realtor (CIREBA member), a bank, or a qualified accountant.

CayMarket is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

A verified badge reflects a limited check we carried out at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of a user's identity, honesty, financial standing, or the accuracy of anything they post. Always do your own due diligence, whether or not a user is verified.

You deal with other users at your own risk. Meet in a public place, inspect goods in person, and view a property before you pay anything.

Never wire a deposit, send money, or pay a fee before you have seen the property or item in person. Requests to pay up-front, off-platform, or by wire transfer are the most common sign of a scam.

To the maximum extent permitted by Cayman Islands law, CayMarket and Aerosoft Cayman accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or your reliance on any content, listing or tool.
